RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be accepted. 

Each item is carefully crafted, inspected, unique and one of a kind. That means I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact me at orders@crochetbyxenia.com within 3 days of receiving your item with details and pictures included so that we can find a solution and I will do my very best to help.
